My name is Kasia and I joined my aunts in the summer of 2022. I spent 6 years of my life with my former owners, unfortunately they had an unsecured balcony and I fell from the 6th floor. My spine is broken, I have no feeling in half of my body, I can't walk on my hind legs and I can't help myself. My aunt helps me with my physiological needs, because I don't even know if and when I "feel like it". My aunt practiced with me for many weeks because she wanted to teach me how to walk on these legs that I can't feel. And do you know that it worked? It's true that I place my paws a little differently, but I manage to do it - I walk. However, I will never have control over my bladder.
