My name is Muki and I am 5 months old. My characteristic feature is snow-white fur, pink nose, very strong overbite and an incredible resemblance to Sid from Ice Age. And the disease... My red blood cells are breaking down. It's an autoimmune disease. I have already had my first very serious crisis, which will end with two transfusions - once with blood from Bercia, and once with red blood cells from the Blood Bank. Now it's much better - red blood cells remain at a satisfactory level, my appetite has returned, and I'm happy again. I like people, I like walking and chasing balls, I like hugging and I like being the center of everyone's attention. I don't like needles, but I'm a brave patient.
