Dear Santa Claus, I'm Turmeric, a marbled cat who hasn't had an easy life. I come from a village where I lived in a herd of emaciated, neglected cats. Every day was a fight for survival, and my five tiny kittens were born in extreme hunger. Fortunately, a good Veterinarian appeared on our way and, despite wanting to rest, could not close her eyes to our suffering. Thanks to her, our lives have changed for the better. The vet called for help, and that's how I ended up with my kids in a safe place. For the last month I was in the FosterHome, where I was slowly getting used to people. Now our entire family has been moved to a new, safe place, and my kids, now 6-7 weeks old, will soon be looking for their own homes. Turmeric I also dream of my own home where, after feeding my babies and gaining weight, I will be able to happily live in the laps of my people.
